Kansas City is facing unprecedented challenges. Cycles of poverty and crime are ravaging the lives of the next generation.

That’s why we’ve launched an entrepreneurship program called ShiftKC. A 10-week entrepreneurship incubator designed to train, mentor, and resource entrepreneurs to shift from an employee mindset into an entrepreneur.

We envision thousands of entrepreneurs once a part of the problem now a part of the solution by launching and scaling successful, viable businesses.

Every person has a seed within them to create wealth and influence the 4th generation.

WE TRAIN KANSAS CITY ENTREPRENEURS.

Our 10-week incubator is designed to empower leaders by exposing them to entrepreneurial thinking while immersing them in entrepreneurial experiences that will enable them to develop creativity and critical thinking, effective problem solving, communication, teamwork, and other entrepreneurial skills that will enable them to succeed in any venture they pursue.

We believe that mentorship is essential to the process of any entrepreneur. That's why we intentionally provide group mentoring opportunities to leaders that we are investing in. Creating space where seasoned business leaders can pour into the next generation of leaders is paramount to their success.

WE RESOURCE KANSAS CITY ENTREPRENEURS.

We are adamant about resourcing the next generation of entrepreneurs. Every graduate who completes our program has access to Shift UP - the next level in world-class business coaching, networking circle, and resources for scalability.
